30% deposit with order, 70% against the bill of lading copy. T/T is standard; L/C at sight is possible for large orders.

Yes. 110V/60Hz and market-specific plugs can be produced; minimum quantity applies per configuration.
Each model page lists carton size and pcs per carton. We confirm the exact loading quantity per 20GP/40HQ before you pay.
Yes. Rice cookers, kettles and hot pots can be mixed in one container to test the market.
Report with photos within 15 days of arrival. Verified transport damage or manufacturing defects are compensated in the next order.
Yes — inner pots, lids, heating plates, control panels and power cords can be supplied with the container.
