Housings, lids and handles molded in-house, with colour matching for OEM orders.

Assembly
Ten-plus lines assemble smart and mechanical models; each station has a visual check.

Electrical safety test
100% hi-pot, grounding and power calibration before the unit leaves the line.

Aging & function test
Sample units run cooking cycles to verify thermostat, timer and keep-warm behaviour.

Packing & loading
Drop-tested cartons, correct marks and supervised container loading with photo report.
